Khabai Tech co-operated to ISS MART

Khabai Tech started working on its own resolutions from the first month of the year, they helped a new startup to come up with their idea and supported both physically and technically, 10 members of the team were trained from a US trainee and they have done mastery on LinkedIn.

Member of Khabai Tech, Miss Sandhya brought GirlScript in Bihar and especially in Hajipur for the first time on 19 January 2020 by celebrating Global Diversity CFP(Call for Papers/Proposals) Day sponsored by Microsoft India. This was for everybody, whether technical or non-technical, and especially for girls who do not get the chance to attend events elsewhere, it was literally a huge opportunity for them.

One more initiative by Khabai Tech. On 29 February 2020 Khabai Tech and GDG Patna - (Google Developers Group Patna) co-presented a workshop on Exploring The World Of Web in Hajipur. The meetup was successful with more than 50 participants. They get to learn about basic HTML, CSS and participated the same day in the same meetup for a hackathon and won so many prizes. The speakers were the fortunate three members of Khabai Tech, Miss Sandhya, Miss Shilpa and Mr. Bikky. The meetup was literally informative and reflected a great impact on minds.

Unexpected Lockdown

It was the wish of so many people throughout the world that may office culture will change the rule and we have to work from home. And unfortunately Lockdown fulfilled their dreams but they were even more irritated with the WFH (work from home) rule. But during the Lockdown the members of Khabai Tech united together even with a strong bond and dedication to deal with it and to progress in this situation as well.

During Lockdown, due to work from home and social distancing, the learning process was also stuck in all these, and that time the webinars gave the direction of learnings to a new way. Khabai Tech also provided so many live webinars during these tough situations to feel people motivated and enhance their learnings.

Nasa Space App

Khabai Tech in association with SUMVN initiated a killer opportunity for the performers to show their creative thought and talent through performing in a Hackathon. It's an international hackathon for coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, and others in cities around the world, where teams engage with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s free and open data to address real-world problems on Earth and in space and give a better solution through their creative minds.

Khabai Tech participated in i5 Summit 2020 {the largest entrepreneurship summit of Central India } by IIM Indore & IIT Indore. The experience of visiting 49 different startups , the experience of representing Khabai Tech in the middle of those new companies and the guests , posing inquiries to different new companies , responding to the inquiries that emerge for our startup was all extremely energizing for the members of Khabai Tech who participated an adapted to endless things.

Birthdays are very special and memorable, and everyone waits for it so curiously. When we celebrate someone's birthday we're not only celebrating the length of their life, but we celebrate how much they've grown in the past year. At Khabai Tech, teams usually get birthday surprises, and this year more than 30 birthdays we have celebrated. During the lockdowns as well , we celebrated so many online birthdays. Team enjoys lunch on their birthdays. They do extra special things to make and to feel special on their birthday.

Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey. In September, Khabai Tech associated with Goal Street and brought a real-time challenge. A Game Development Hackathon on 13th September 2020.

Whenever you speak, it’s important that it should be in proper pronunciation and it’s a fact that many among us are totally bad at it. Khabai Tech brought a Language Lab session, an inventive approach to help novice people learn English language from a native English Speaker and was focused on all the four LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) by M. Samuel (4 years of experience in Training and Development, trained more than 30,000 graduates from different colleges.)

It really feels wonderful to work in a positive workplace, where everyone has a power to express their own point of view and Khabai Tech believes that their success is only because of the dedication of the team members . To appreciate their work, Khabai Tech distributed so many gift-cards to them.

Where there is no competition, there is no progress. Khabai Tech always energized a healthy competition among the team members to keep them active and that’s why they timely organise some competitions on social media.

In a big team, it is somewhat hard to meet everybody's little and huge requirements, however there are a few necessities which should be satisfied. Khabai Tech has addressed the requirements of certain individuals, by giving them Mobile Phones and Laptops.

Women Techmakers (Together We Rise) is on the International Women's Day 2020 invited women and allies from India and abroad who wish to celebrate and recognize the women who have influenced the tech industry and beyond. Some members of Khabai Tech joined to celebrate the super-women in our lives, to create a new narrative for our industry.

This event is put together by a group of amazing, passionate women who truly believe in nurturing communities by providing Sessions, Ice Breakers,Stories and Discussion.

Khabai Tech as a outreach partner of Womennovator

Working from home or working remotely is the new normal but the aftereffects of the lockdown have made 'work from home' (WFH) rule for the worldwide. During this hard time Womennovator initiated so many live webinars related to different topics. Khabai Tech, as an outreach partner, promoted this initiative on different levels.

Lockdown Farewell

Every culture has a tradition that they meet, a day they have to bid goodbye to them and saying farewell to a person, or even the thought of doing so is quite a shuddering idea to look into. For Khabai Tech, it was quite tough to lose one gem of it’s team, Miss Shilpa, but although she also had to go for another journey of her life. During lockdown, above 70 members through online medium ,maintained social distancing and celebrated farewell of her. In honor of working with a coworker who was committed to their success and their coworkers was a great pleasure for the team.

Certification Ceremony

After the end of the Lockdowns this year, the Khabai Tech team members gathered all together in an event “Certification Ceremony”. The event was especially for the certification distribution of web development and Nasa Space App pre-qualifiers. Between them, the chief guests addressed the members regarding cyber security and gave an informative session. We get to learn and receive blessings from the well wishers and chief-guests.

India is a country of festivals and here we celebrate so many festivals than any other countries do. But these festivals only are meaningful when we are celebrating it with our families. And I think you also agree that our office is like our other home and members are like families. At Khabai Tech we celebrate the whole festivals of the year with the teammates.
