What is W-Talk - Womennovator?
Womennovator – First Virtual Incubator for Women #NaariShakti. Womennovator was started in the year of 2014 with the motive in mind to make a virtual incubator for women entrepreneurs or women who do have exceptional ideas and want to get a platform to grow. This campaign is an endeavor to communicate excellent work done by women around the world. It is an initiative with the goal of helping women entrepreneurs to grow local economies by providing business education, training, mentoring, and networking. Gaining new revenue contracts through interaction with Industry leaders; provide media reach (digital and print) through their story on exclusive YouTube Channel. Access to capital and Govt. Support schemes across the country.

Well, when I heard about W-Talk Patna from our mentor Prince Chauhan at Khabai Tech at that time I didn’t know about this event. At that time I also heard about Tripti Singhal Somani that she will be coming to this event.

We have registered for this event and when I got the confirmation I was very excited to attend this event and meet Tripti Singhal because many times I had heard about her before by Prince Sir, that she is very supportive. And by name, it’s clear w-talk is only for women that's why we are very excited to attend.

W-Talk Patna was held on the 3rd of September 2019. We all-female team members of Khabai Tech travel to Patna to attend this event. When we arrived at Lemon Tree Premier Hotel that is the 5 Star Deluxe Hotel in Patna. The venue was really wonderful.

When event started we enjoyed the event and know some beauty tips by Blossam kochhar who is the founder and chairperson of Blossam Kochhar group but after sometime we had feel boring because it was not a Technical event. When Tripti mam took the stage, again we enjoyed that moment and listened to her words and knew her experience. She also communicated with the audience and knew their unique Ideas. Our CEO Prince Chauhan had also shared his idea about khabai Tech and Tripti mam said about us from the stage, here is a team that makes unique and attractive websites at a very low cost then all the people started looking towards us. That was a great moment for our team and we had felt very happy for our identity.

We also met with many personalities like Anil Khaitan, Priti Singh, Usha Jha, who were present on the stage and shared their thoughts. Priti mam shared weight loss tips on how we can lose weight when it becomes too much because she had lost approximately 50 kg. And Usha Jha mam had also told us about her journey and art and craft.

After the event we, khabai Tech team met  Tripti mam and we told her about us and what we are doing and how many projects we have done and many more things we had shared about us and Shilpa also showed her Visiting Card after having seen the Visiting card she was very impressed by our work and she shared the visiting card with all the delegates  who were with her. They all are very happy to know about us and our work. Anil sir and Usha mam told us to make their digital portfolio and visiting card with QR code. Anushka also showed them our unique digtal invitation cards. We were enjoying the moments which I would cherish for lifetime. The praises which we received are worth million dollors.

Tripti mam gave us wonderful thoughts about starting a mass movement for the girls towards IT sector in Bihar. She blessed us with success and we have started Women In Tech 2020. She also encouraged us to participate in International events like NASA Space Apps for which we have two leads from our team - Sneha Kumari and Prince Chauhan.

Great pleasure to meet Tripti Singhal Somani (Founder of Womennovator, managing director KGS Advisors) at W-talk Patna. She is a Success Coach for SMEs & MSMEs and Women Led Business and a best mentor for girls.
